SNASH 2000 does not cover or coat the treated surface.
SNASH 2000 is a chemical compound that creates a microscopic
pattern of bumps on the surface, thereby increasing the friction
factor and preventing the feet from slipping, even when the
surface is wet. The effectiveness and safety of SNASH 2000
has been tested and approved by various professional agencies
– independent labs, hotels, insurance companies, etc. The
friction factor for surfaces treated with SNASH 2000 meets
the American standard ASTM-C 1028-84. To ensure the effectiveness
of SNASH 2000, keep treated surfaces clean and avoid accumulation
of oils, dirt or other slippery materials.
2 Institutional SNASH 2000
is not suitable for painted surfaces, or those made of plastic,
fiberglass, wood or metal. Nevertheless, there are other products
made by SNASH 2000, such as an epoxy coating, for use on these
surfaces.
3 SNASH 2000 does not affect
the manner in which the surface is cleaned or the cleaning
materials you can use. Cleaners that are non-abrasive to the
surface itself will not harm SNASH 2000 either. Do not use
chloric acid, caustic cleansers, etc. In certain cases, on
particularly shiny surfaces, treatment may cause slight damage
to the shine. As outlined in the treatment description below,
in the case of such a surface (particularly marble or granite),
the surface can be tested and the results will be sent to
the customer before treatment is carried out.
4 Treatment with SNASH 2000
does not require any special preparation, except for cleaning
the surface. Treatment is relatively quick and the surface
can be used unrestricted as soon as treatment is complete.
5 After using SNASH 2000 we
guarantee that the friction feature which prevents slipping
on the treated surface will be preserved.
